Creative Arm

Headhunters to the finest creative minds.

We pride ourselves in creating lasting relationships by placing the very best and most fitting talent for each brief we receive.

Finding the right people means looking at more than just the work. It’s about understanding the culture of the agency and the personalities of the creatives.

By getting this relationship spot on, we create the most dynamic partnerships.

For candidates

At Creative Arm, we appreciate that our greatest assets are the people that we represent. So it’s in our interest to help make sure your career is as successful and fulfilling as possible.

It’s a long-term relationship, which starts with an initial meeting to discuss your career thus far and your aspirations for the future. From this, we will devise a strategy to place you in an environment that provides the challenge you are looking for, be it in a permanent or a freelance role.

We promise to discuss any position with you prior to submitting your portfolio to a client and we make sure no more than three candidates are put forward for any one job.

We represent: Executive Creative Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, Creative Teams, Digital Creatives, Integrated Creatives, Creative Service Directors and Project Managers.

For clients

We are dedicated to finding nothing less than exactly the right people. In fact, we would rather admit defeat than offer up candidates that do not answer your brief correctly.

All our people have been personally interviewed and had their portfolios evaluated before we recommend them to you.

We like to really get to know, not just the work that your agency is producing, but also the culture and personality of the place. With this understanding, we can ensure a mutually successful partnership that leads to fantastic creative work.

Unlike many headhunters, we won’t inundate you with candidates. On receipt of a brief from yourselves, we’ll discuss the position with the best candidates for the role and a maximum of three portfolios will be sent to you.

And with our sister company, Telly Producers, we can also help you with all your production needs. Just visit www.tellyproducers.com

The team

Katy Cappi portrait

Katy Cappi

Katy began her advertising career at JWT as a PA. She then spent some years rising from a Freelance Production Assistant (on both agency and production company side) to an experienced Producer at GGT.

After two years off to become a mother she returned to the business as a Senior Producer at Ogilvy, where she spent her time handling the Agency’s biggest productions on clients such as Ford, Dove and American Express.

Katy then gained valuable insight into the TV Production recruitment business. First, while working as a senior freelance in agencies around town, and then when taking on freelance talent in her role as Deputy Head of TV at Euro RSCG.

After working closely with creative teams for many years Katy has a real sense of who's good and what people's best qualities are.

In January 2011, she established Telly Producers and then in 2016 the Creative Arm.

She recognises great creative work and also those that create it in the first place. Which fits nicely into her new role here, where she specialises in researching the best talent for the best jobs in the industry.

Savannah graduated in 2015 with a degree in marine biology. Having realised she wanted to pursue a career in a different field, she joined our team in March of this year.

On leaving University she had the unique opportunity to travel around Europe interrailing and also spent time in Kenya. She is vibrant and motivated and we are thrilled that she has become part of the team.
